CAPTAINS
Justin has been in the parasail industry for ten years. He has worked for various parasail operations in Ocean City, MD and St. Thomas, USVI prior to starting Dewey Beach Parasail. Justin holds a 100 ton near coastal captain’s license. He is a member of the Professional Association of Parasail Operators (PAPO) and holds current First Aid and CPR certifications. Justin is also a member of the Maritime Drug Consortium. In the off season, Justin works as the Director of Parasail Operations for Aloha Watersports in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Pictured with Justin is his wife Dody, nine months pregnant with their first child Reef Sikora.

Born in Wilmington, Delaware- Mark has spent most of his life in Dewey Beach. His family has a beach house in Dewey which has been passed down from generation to generation. Mark is currently an upperclassman at the University Of South Carolina School Of Pharmacy. Mark holds current First Aid and CPR certifications. In his spare time Mark enjoys surfing and skim boarding.
Born in North Carolina, Bill has also spent most of his life in Dewey Beach. Bill is currently attending school at Catholic University of America in Washington, DC. Bill is currently working towards a master’s degree in architecture and design. Bill holds current First Aid and CPR certifications. Bill enjoys surfing in his spare time.
